I forgot to address this. Silly me.
To minimize spam and unnecessary bumps, once a thread's inactivity reaches one month, mods will lock the thread. If you want to re-open a thread, please PM a Hall Monitor or me.
In the case of irrelevant threads, we delete it right off the bat. So the only locked threads should, in theory, only be old questions.
